The morning session features 2 inspirational keynote speakers who will talk about their own journeys, sharing ideas for delegates to take away and use in their personal and professional lives:

Sarah Furness, MA Cantab RAF

After graduating from Cambridge University, Sarah followed her dream to become a combat helicopter pilot in the RAF. As a Squadron Leader she led on operational combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and she was the first female helicopter pilot to fly and lead UK Special Forces missions in Iraq. Sarah will talk about performance resilience and leadership techniques that are backed by science, proven in combat and immediately transferable into the workplace.

Phil Jones MBE, Managing Director, Brother

Phil Jones is Managing Director of the UK arm of global technology manufacturer – Brother. Joining the business in 1994 as salesperson, he worked his way up the organisation to be appointed its head in 2013. Awarded an MBE for Services to Business in 2016, Phil is a Companion of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals. He was awarded the BOSS Outstanding Achievement award in 2023.

The afternoon session will incorporate interactive round tables (allowing delegates to participate and discuss topics that are shaping our industry) hosted by key individuals from the business supplies industry:
