On Tuesday 25 June the Company welcomed to Stationers’ Hall nearly all 18 of those companies shortlisted for the Stationers’ Innovation Excellence Awards for 2019. They attended initially to exhibit
their innovations and the Court Room buzzed with demonstrations, explanations and certificate presentations!
A lunch followed at the end of which the award winners for the six categories (Business Process, Communications, Customer Experience, Product Design, Product Performance and Service Development) were announced by Liveryman Jill Jones Chairman of the Judges. Each winner was invited to the stage to receive their award from the Master and for a short interview with Liveryman Peter Day, the former BBC Business Correspondent. Our congratulations go to all the award winners and our best wishes for the continued success of their innovations. Finally the eagerly anticipated Innovator of the Year was announced. The Master was delighted to make this award to Heidelberg for their Heidelberg Assistant. You can read the full formal press release here.

All six award winners will also receive £3000 of time with experts from Mathys & Squire who, along with Picon, sponsored the event. Our thanks go to them for their support.
