This event is for Liverymen and their guests only. There is the highest of possibilities that every Liverymen of the Stationers’ Company will have met and conversed with this year’s guest speaker. As Clerk to the Chamberlain’s Court since 2001, Murray Craig has had the privilege of presiding over nearly all of the Freedom of the City ceremonies in that time. An experienced and thoroughly entertaining after dinner speaker, Murray is one of the most knowledgeable speakers about Livery Companies and the governance of the City of London. The evening promises to be very entertaining and one of the highlights of the Livery’s annual event calendar.

A three-course meal with wines, coffee and port will be served and a Loving Cup will be passed round the Hall as part of the dinner’s ceremony. The dinner will conclude at 10.15 pm, followed by a Stirrup Cup (after dinner bar) in the Court Room. Carriages will be at 10.45 pm. Tickets are £85 inc.
