Your Livery Committee Presents: The Members’ Christmas Lunch
Once again the Livery Committee are delighted to extend a warm invitation to all Liverymen, Freemen and their guests to join in the conviviality of a splendid Christmas lunch in the ever beautiful Great Hall. The day will begin with a wine reception in the Court Room at 12.30 pm, followed by lunch at 1.00 pm in the Hall and, if numbers increase, in the Stock Room as well. A special menu will be chosen, as usual avoiding turkey, and you are encouraged to bring as many guests as you wish.
Tickets are priced at £60 inc VAT each, which includes all wines and soft drinks and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. In the event of a ‘full Hall’, the Stock Room will be used for additional tables. You will be notified by email if there is a likely chance of you lunching in the Stock Room.
An envelope raffle will take place at the end of the lunch, with some fabulous prizes to be won, so remember to bring some cash with you. Last year we raised £5000 and we are hoping to do the same, if not better, this year! All proceeds go to the charities supported by the Stationers’ Foundation.
