PRINT CAN SURVIVE IN DIGITAL ERA, SAYS GOOGLE.
CDi Yorkshire and the BPIF were delighted to welcome our new Master Helen Esmonde and 14 other Stationers to Celebrate Yorkshire Day at Google’s new Digital Garage in Leeds. The highlight of the day was an upbeat talk on “ Print in the digital era” by Patrick Collister, Google’s head of Design for North and Central Europe.
Google recognise Yorkshire’s status as a creative digital hub and therefore selected Leeds as the flagship for the Digital Garage.
Around 100 people attended the Yorkshire Day celebrations to hear Patrick Collister superbly demonstrate the power of really understanding how the integration of all media is crucial to effective communications for business and how that links to the potential for print and publishing in the future.
