The Master, the Clerk and a goodly number of southern-based Stationers made their way to Yorkshire yesterday, 18 October, to meet up with the Northern Stationers and enjoy a visit to the Hockney Gallery at Salt's Mill.  In the photo below you can see them enjoying lunch in Cafe into the Opera at Salt's Mill.

They then went on  to the Printing Gallery at Bradford Industrial Museum where members were able to try their hand at printing on the equipment there.  Here is Liveryman Bettine Pellant having a go!

One of the highlights of the day was when Bruce, a volunteer in the Printing Gallery, asked Liveryman Dr Roy Millington to sign his copy of Dr Millington's book.  You can see the moment recorded in this photo.

Liveryman Robert McClements, seen in the photo at the head of this piece presenting a certificate to mark the occasion of the visit to the volunteers at the Printing Gallery, organised the the visit and our thanks go to him for his hard work.  A press release was issued which you can read here.
