VICTOR STATIONERY SECURES RENEWED STATIONERS’ COMPANY WARRANTS FOR RHINO FLEXIBACK NOTEBOOKS AND RHINO SEN TINTED PAPER RANGE

23 APRIL 2026

Victor Stationery secures renewed Stationers’ Company Warrants for RHINO Flexiback Notebooks and RHINO SEN Tinted Paper Range

Victor Stationery has secured renewed Stationers’ Company Warrants for its RHINO Flexiback notebooks and RHINO (SEN) Tinted Paper Range, reinforcing the strength of both product lines across design, quality, sustainability and end-user benefit.

The renewed warrants were presented at Stationers’ Hall on 9 March 2026, where Victor Stationery’s CEO Robert Moore, accepted the accolade. Established in 2014, the Stationers’ Company Warrant recognises products that meet demanding standards across design, production, materials, packaging and sustainability.

For the education and stationery sectors, the continued recognition of RHINO’s SEN Tinted Paper Range is especially notable. Developed to support users with special educational needs and visual processing differences such as dyslexia and visual stress, the range is designed to reduce glare, support focus and create a more comfortable reading and writing experience.

“I am particularly pleased to see the Tinted Paper Range will continue to carry the warrant. Anything that helps dyslexic people achieve to their maximum potential is to be encouraged.” John Livingston Chair of the Warrants Committee

Renewal highlights long-term product relevance

The repeat recognition is a strong endorsement of Victor Stationery’s ability to combine practical product development with consistent manufacturing quality and responsible sourcing.

At a time when accessible classroom resources and inclusive learning tools are under increasing focus, the renewal lands against a significant policy backdrop. In February 2026, the Department for Education published its schools’ white paper, Every Child Achieving and Thriving, alongside a major SEND consultation, Putting Children and Young People First, placing inclusion, earlier support and stronger national consistency firmly at the centre of the agenda.

SEN Tinted Paper range supports accessibility across learning environments

RHINO’s SEN Tinted Paper Range, consisting of exercise books and refill pads, are designed to support users from early years through to adulthood. It helps address visual processing challenges often associated with dyslexia, Meares-Irlen Syndrome and sensitivity to bright white paper.

Produced in soft pastel shades including blues, greens, pinks and creams, the tinted paper is intended to reduce glare, make text appear more stable on the page and lessen eye strain or headaches for some users. That makes the range well suited to schools, colleges, workplaces and home-learning environments.

The exercise books and refill pads are made with 80gsm premium-quality tinted paper, solvent-free water-based ink, durable manilla covers and age-appropriate rulings. They are also 100% recyclable and made in the EU using sustainable materials.

Flexiback Notebooks recognised for practical premium design

RHINO Flexiback products were also recognised through the warrant renewal for their innovative design, high manufacturing standards and sustainable production. The range is positioned to meet demand for notebooks and journals that combine durability, presentation and daily usability.

The notebooks, available in practical A5 and A6 sizes, feature soft-touch, wipe-clean covers, cream-tinted paper to reduce glare, and a built-in ribbon marker. Together, these details create a premium yet practical product suited to note-taking, journalling, planning, and everyday office or personal use.

Recognition strengthens Victor Stationery’s inclusive and sustainable proposition

Taken together, the renewed Stationers’ Company Warrants underline Victor Stationery’s commitment to inclusive, sustainable and commercially relevant stationery through its RHINO brand. They also strengthen the proposition Victor Stationery can take to retailers, distributors and education buyers looking for products that combine trusted performance, practical accessibility and purpose-led design.
