All Liverymen and Freemen with their families and friends are very welcome to attend the Remembrance Day Service at St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street, where the Master of our Company, Mrs Helen Esmonde, will lay a wreath commemorating the Company’s fallen along with all those who have given their lives to protect our freedom. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War.
Other Livery Companies connected with the church, including the Marketors, The Turners and The Spectacle Makers, are invited to take part in the service.
Following the service there will be refreshments including coffee and wine at the rear of the church.
Stationers attending are invited to join the Master and her husband, Mr Bob Couldrey for Lunch at Hush on Ludgate Hill, after the service.
Menus and prices to follow.
If you will be attending the service, please email Sophie Miller at firstname.lastname@example.org , so that we can gather numbers and arrange a ‘Stationers’ section of the church.
Please also signify if you would like to join the Master for lunch after the service, and a table or two will be booked.
