THE LIFT CABIN IS IN, THE COBBLES ARE BEING PUT BACK DOWN IN THE GARDEN AND THE PORTACABINS ARE GOING!

This week the lift cabin has been installed.  The lift has been one of the major reasons for undertaking this huge project and will enable all to access the whole building.  A great improvement.  Obviously this is just the bare bones and it will look a lot better eventually but at last it is in!

 At the start of the project the cobbles in the garden were all  taken up, marked on a plan and numbered and now they are 

being carefully relaid.  It is quite a painstaking task but it is looking good so far.

Finally, evidence that things really are coming to a close  - the Portacabins are going!  It will be so nice to see the facade of the building again!
