Location: Christopher Wren Dining Room, Ye Olde Watling Pub, 29 Watling Road, London EC4M 9BR
Join us for our next Literary Lunch at the historic Ye Olde Watling pub where we will hear from Sandra Roycroft-Davis. Sandra is a Harley Street behavioural change specialist and author of the Sunday Times best-seller The Weight’s Over: Take Back Control.
Her award-winning Slimpod weight loss programme has already helped more than 350,000 people worldwide to create a healthy and lasting relationship with food and she is in great demand as a speaker at international healthcare conferences.
The Weight’s Over explains in simple terms the science behind why we eat and what we eat, and is brimming with hope for anyone who’s given up on ever losing weight and keeping it off.
Britain’s leading obesity expert, Professor Adrian Heald, describes the book as “a game-changer for anyone struggling with their weight.” Dale Pinnock, TV’s Medicinal Chef, says: “It holds the secret to true long-term healthy change.”
Sandra will talk about why diets don’t work long-term, the good and bad of weight loss jabs and why changing your mindset is more important than counting calories. She’ll also explain the mechanics of getting a book to become a best-seller.
Signed copies of the book will be available with all money raised on the day going to the Hall Charity.
