Displaced by Covid and closure, the Court has met in all sorts of venues over the past 27 months: other company's halls and committee rooms and virtually in everyone's front room, study or (in case of one Past Master) library, thanks to Zoom.

This was a so-called “Black Tie Court”, with Court Assistants prepared for the annual Masters and Clerks’ Dinner which took place immediately afterwards. The venue was again Cutlers’ Hall, a close neighbour of ours.

It was humbling to listen to Jess Inaba, the elected President of the Sixth Form at the Stationers' Academy, speak so fluently at our Livery Lunch on Monday, 6 March 2017. It takes a lot of guts to stand up and speak in Stationers' Hall in front of 180 guests; to do it so well when you are only eighteen years old and visually impaired was very very impressive indeed.
