“The Boxkart Rebel Drives! Stationers Graham Thomas of TheNeverPress and Annie Couldrey of Rebel Stationery have joined forces for an amazing event of literary reading, live music, fancy stationery and DJ sets to celebrate the book launch of The Boxkart Rebel.
Hosted at The Slaughtered Lamb, Clerkenwell on 21st August from 6pm – 11pm, this FREE event promises to be a book launch party like no other. In fact, it will be suitably rebellious as TheNeverPress and Rebel Stationery do it their way. The launch event will feature a live performance from actor Felicity Bown, reading selected extracts from the novel followed by a live performance from psychedelic indie band Cities & Dust after which 19 Something Soundsystem will take to the decks to spin amazing tunes until the bar runs dry.
