Our industry event on ‘Cooking the Books: the past, present and future of cookbooks’ was held on Tuesday, 18th March 2025.
We were lucky to have such an excellent panel and our most grateful thanks go to our Chair, Angela Clutton and the rest of the panel, Stephanie Jackson, Diane Purkiss and Mark Riddaway.
