News from Northern Stationers

Liveryman Robert McClements and the Northern Stationers press on to plan activites which hopefully we can all look forward to when Coronavirus regulations are no longer in force.  For full details members should log in and visit the Locked down but not out page in the members only area of the website.

In brief:

Future Activity and invitations to all Stationers:

Yorkshire Day 31st July 2020: As Yorkshire day this year falls on a Saturday the event is hoped to be held on Friday 31 July at The Tetley (https://www.thetetley.org/),

Newcastle Event 25th September 2020.   The visit includes the newly renovated stunning Newcastle Cathedral https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newcastle_Cathedral)  and lunch.

Afterwards a visit to Trinity House Maritime Museum (https://trinityhousenewcastle.org.uk/) or the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art (https://baltic.art/).

Call to action” Now is an important time to give positive news and recognition for any  young person in any of our communications and contents industries who has done something outstanding – it is a very wide scope. Below is a link to the website to nominate a valued employee/colleague/friend for this prestigious award. The closing date is 30 June 2020.

It is at no cost and is an easy form to complete.
