The big day will shortly be upon us and members will be delighted to learn that on 4 July Stationers’ Hall will reopen after a two-year refurbishment programme.
The Master has invited the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor of London, Alderman Vincent Keaveny, to join him to cut the ribbon and declare the Hall open. This ceremony will take place before an invited group of people to include Alderman and Sheriff, Nicholas Lyons, our architects and contractors, and committee members who have worked on the project. The heart and the home of the communications and content industry is now a building for the future with improved accessibility, sustainability and flexibility. The first chance for members to visit is the very next day, 5 July, when the change of Master will happen at Common Hall. Both Liverymen and Freemen are welcome to book for the party after when the Company can celebrate its new Master and its improved Hall click here.
