Once again the Livery Committee extended a warm invitation to all Liverymen, Freemen and their guests to join in the conviviality of a splendid Christmas lunch in our beautiful Hall.

Civic Dinner - Friday 1st December 2023

The Civic Dinner is the principal event of the year, at which the Company celebrates its links with the Mayoralty and the City. The Company invited Civic dignitaries and their spouses to the dinner, including the Right Honourable The Lord Mayor of London and the Sheriffs.

As most of you will be aware we had another very successful sell out Literary Lunch today where Georgina interviewed Jon Drori which was both fun and interesting I am also pleased to report that we raised £750.00 for The Hall Charity.

Thank you for attending our industry event on ‘Is there a place for handwriting in a digital age?’ sponsored by Manuscript that was held on Monday, 23^rd October 2023.

We were lucky to have such an excellent panel and our most grateful thanks go to our Chair, Past Master Helen Esmonde, and the rest of the panel, Graham Craik, Sales Director of Pentel, Amanda Fergusson CEO of Greeting Card Association, and Dr Mellissa Prunty from Brunel University London.
