BPIF Training Celebrates Excellence at 2025 Graduation & Awards Ceremony

Warwick University, 14 November 2025 – BPIF Training hosted its annual Graduation & Awards Ceremony, bringing together apprentices, employers, and industry leaders to celebrate outstanding achievements across the print and packaging sector.

The event recognised graduates from the Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager and Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship programmes, highlighting the growing depth of leadership talent within the industry.

Building Capability in Challenging Times

Opening the ceremony, Karly Lattimore, Managing Director of BPIF Training, reflected on the vital role apprenticeships play during periods of industry change.

"Apprenticeships aren't just about training, they're about building capability, resilience and opportunity," said Lattimore. "Our apprentices bring new ideas, energy and innovation into workplaces. That makes them invaluable, especially in challenging times."

Lattimore praised the dedication of graduating learners, many of whom balanced demanding leadership responsibilities, family commitments, and workplace pressures whilst completing rigorous programmes of study. Several graduates took on promotions or expanded responsibilities during their apprenticeships, applying their learning directly to real workplace challenges.

She also recognised the BPIF Training team: "Our tutors, assessors, quality, engagement and compliance teams are the backbone of everything we do. Their dedication and care make all the difference, and today's success belongs to them as much as it does to our learners."

"Take what you've learned, be proud of what you've achieved, and keep challenging yourselves. You've shown what's possible, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you."
