More than 20 independent trading partners, many of them drawn from the surrounding area, offer delicious artisanal food and dishes from around the world, focusing on locally sourced ingredients and sustainable farming practices.
Beyond just a place to enjoy and share delicious meals with friends and family, this welcoming community space is a warm and vibrant hub for social and cultural events.
The launch meant steering the relationship between the market, the local council and the GLA, to ensure success for all the key stakeholders and resulted in national, regional and specialist media coverage across over 30 media outlets and an uplift in the market’s social media engagement by 253% from the previous period.
The market is open 7 days a week, with a host of community events being held and only a quick whizz over on the new Lizzie Line, will get you to the door. It is really worth checking out (especially at lunchtime!).
