Bursary Event - 30 November 2021

On 30 November 2021 the Master and Wardens committee met at Cutlers' Hall  to present  certificates to  students in receipt of a Stationers' Foundation bursary and to make 13 students who had successfully completed the Masters degrees, for which they had previously  been awarded bursaries, free of the Company. 

Three new Freemen Zoom in from North America

At a special meeting of the Masters and Wardens on Tuesday, 16 November the Master undertook a Freedom Ceremony via Zoom for three new members from North America.  They were:

Stationers' mark the Season of Remembrance

CEOs' Dinner - 8 November 2021

After many Covid-spoiled attempts to find a date and venue for this very important event in the Corporate Membership calendar the Company was delighted to welcome  the CEOs from many of the Stationers' Corporate Members plus their Stationers' Corporate Liaison Officers to dinner at Cutlers' Hall last night.

The Master attends The Garden of Remembrance service at St Paul's Cathedral

On 8 November 2021 the Master took part in  the annual  Garden of Remembrance service in the grounds of St Paul's Cathedral.  The Lord Mayor attended  and the Stationers' Company provided the Orders of Service

The Court visits the North East

Past Master Stephen Platten's plans for a Court trip during his year as Master were spoiled by the lockdown but last weekend they came to fruition with  a  tour of Northumberland. 

BOSS Leaders of the Future look to redefine leadership with a stellar line up of speakers at November conference

The BOSS Leaders of the Future Committee are excited to be hosting their next conference, as a live event at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester on the 25^th November. The conference will take place from 11am-3.30pm and delegates will have the opportunity to stay on for the BOSS Awards on the evening with heavily subsidised ticket rates.
