At the Livery lunch on the 9th October, last years' Renter Wardens presented The Master, Tony Mash with the new Ceremony Pen that was made by Conway Stewart.
The pen is number 111 edition Shakespeare pen hallmarked in sterling silver with a 'silk' engine turned pattern and will be used in all the Freeman and Livery Ceremonies.

A sunny Autumnal day at Worplesdon Golf Club saw nearly sixty members of the Company and their guests play this testing heathland course with varying degrees of success.

Celebrating its 11th Anniversary, the 2023 Sheep Drive was led by the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor, Nicholas Lyons leading Freemen of the City of London, their family and friends to drive sheep over the Thames.

On Monday 25th September Stationers' Hall was delighted to welcome the shortlisted entries for the Innovation Excellence Awards. These formed an exhibition prior to the lunch after which the awards were announced.

Thinking of You Week is promoted by the Greeting Card Association and aims to remind everyone about the joy of sending and receiving cards. A handwrittten message in a card is a pleasure to send and a joy to receive. So, particularly in this week dedicated to messages of all sorts in greeting cards, why not reach out with a card to someone. It doesn't need to mark a birthday or a wedding or any of the traditional events which require a card - it can be as simple as "Hello"!

Later this month, as part of the Wren300 celebrations, St Bride’s Church will play host to the world-premiere of WREN – ORNAMENT FOR ETERNITY, a dramatized celebration of the life of Sir Christopher Wren, featuring music from the St Bride’s Choir and Endelienta Baroque, along with poetry read by journalist and broadcaster, Giles Coren.
St Bride’s would be delighted if our good friends from the Stationers could join us for what promises to be a truly wonderful evening.
